Little moments

Sometimes, finding moments with God is difficult. Business gets in our way, or for me, sometimes I just have a lot of stuff in my head. That is why it is important to have reminders, even if it is to gaze upon it and remember to give your day to God. This photo is my desk. I have these to remind me who I really work for, or walk with. I have placed other reminders so that through out the day, I have little moments with God. Today, think of ways you can have little moments by placing scripture quotes, pictures, etc. to remind you of you journey of faith on the

I have posted one I created; feel free to create your own. I am finally feeling a little better. I went yesterday and was treated for bronchitis and a sinus infection.   I have been praying that all of you are well and begin 2026 with hope. Hope, faith, and love, these three will overcome anything, and when well planted will bless you forever on the path…

What will your task be in 2026?

“ and some women who had been cured of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary, called Magdalene, from whom seven demons had gone out,” Luke 8:2 Mary Magdalene was sent by Jesus to tell the followers he had risen. Yet I think that one of the important reasons that Mary could be given this task was that she modeled the power of Christ through his cure of her seven demons. The seven demons were overcome through Jesus. These are the seven deadly sins: pride, greed, wrath, lust, envy, gluttony, and sloth. The deadly sins are replaced with the seven heavenly virtues: prudence, justice, temperance, courage, faith, hope, and charity. As we come to New Year's and think about how we want to change the path we are on, let's make 2026 a great year. Think about replacing one of the demons that might plague you. Christ is there to help each of us with something we need to work on and replace. Who knows the tasks we will be given when we are cured?  Pray on it, reflect, then ask Christ to cure ...
